Julie E, MPH, RD, QRA has spent more than four decades helping people reconnect with the body’s natural ability to heal. But her story didn’t begin in a clinic. It began in her own home.
As a teenager, Julie took over grocery shopping and cooking for her family. Even then, she was asking bigger questions than most: Why are people getting sick? Why does health feel complicated? Why are we managing symptoms instead of strengthening the body? That curiosity turned into a calling.
Julie went on to become a Registered Dietitian and earned her Master’s in Public Health. But early in her career, she realized something important — conventional approaches were often reactive, fragmented, and symptom-focused. Clients would improve temporarily, but the deeper root causes remained.
She knew there had to be a better way.
In 2000, Julie founded Julie E Health, a holistic wellness practice built on one core belief:
Healing becomes simple when the foundation is strong.

Julie is not your conventional nutritionist.
She looks for what others overlook — hidden interference fields such as scars, old injuries, dental work, emotional trauma, environmental toxins, and structural restrictions that quietly block detox, organ function, hormone balance, and cellular energy.
Many people come to Julie after trying everything else. They’ve cleaned up their diet. They’ve taken supplements. They’ve seen specialists.
But something still feels “stuck.”
Julie begins by restoring what she calls the body’s Assembly Line of Detox — ensuring the liver, lymphatic system, fascia, nervous system, and mineral balance are working in proper sequence. When flow is restored, the body can finally do what it was designed to do: heal.
Her approach blends practical nutrition, structural therapy, energy work, mineral restoration, mud therapy, scar release techniques, and gentle BioField strengthening — always personalized, never one-size-fits-all.
Julie lives what she teaches.
She raised her son using the same principles she shares with clients — prioritizing clean nutrients, mineral balance, detox flow, structural care, and simple daily rituals. He never missed a day of school due to illness. For Julie, that isn’t luck. It’s what happens when foundations are consistently supported.
In her own health journey, Julie reversed her cellular age (telomeres) to that of a 12-year-old — twice — verified through laboratory testing. She sees this not as a miracle, but as proof that the body retains regenerative capacity when interference is removed and systems are supported.
Julie believes modern life has complicated health unnecessarily.
Instead of extreme protocols or rigid systems, she teaches Simple Health Solutions—foundational tools that are accessible, natural, and sustainable.
Sunlight. Breath. Minerals. Structural flow. Detox support. Scar release. Grounding. Nervous system regulation.
When these basics are addressed consistently, dramatic change becomes possible.
Julie has worked with professional athletes, performers, entrepreneurs, families, expectant mothers, children, and even animals. Many of her clients refer to her as their family’s primary health guide — someone who sees the whole picture and connects the dots.
Her mission is not just to relieve symptoms. It is to empower people to understand their “today body,” remove what blocks healing, and restore resilience for the long term.
Julie’s work is hands-on, practical, and personalized. She listens deeply. She observes patterns. She tests gently. She simplifies what feels overwhelming.
Clients often leave feeling clearer, lighter, and hopeful — not because they were given another complicated protocol, but because they finally understand what their body needs.
For Julie, health isn’t about chasing perfection.
It’s about restoring flow, strength, and balance — so healing becomes limitless.
Julie is also the creator of the StretchBall™.
Based on her learnings from years of teaching fitness classes, Julie made the StretchBall™ an evolution in well-being. Stretching is just as important to health and body functioning as regular exercise, yet most people spend little to no time doing it. When we stretch, we get long, lean, flexible muscles and we are less likely to get hip, knee, back and neck pain. Rolling and breathing on the ball gives the best stretch and massage you’ve had in your life. It feels great, it’s easy to use, and it’s portable.
Julie’s quest for health and fitness started in her teens, when she took over the family food shopping and cooking. Her passion for wellness led her to make a career out of helping people eat, feel and live better. Julie lives in Southern California where she enjoys traveling, yoga, surfing, and discovering nutritious recipes to share with her 20-year old son. Her son has also never missed a day of school for illness. Like mother, like son, huh? Julie and her family live healthy the Julie E way and Julie has reversed her cellular age (telomeres) to that of a 12-year-old, with two lab tests to prove it. You can also get your cellular age test done with our partners at UCLA.
