Try this simple test:

Have a friend take a side-profile photo of your posture while you stand relaxed. Is your head stacked directly over your shoulders? Or is it creeping forward?

Ideally, your ears should align with your shoulders. If your head is drifting ahead of your spine, that forward shift could be silently triggering nervous system stress.
